Delivery Consultants
At Holmes Talent, we have our own perspective of what the archetypal regulatory change consultant looks like. We focus less on actual titles and more on capabilities and character. Our candidates can best be described as hybrid BA-PM's, that possess all the necessary tools to lead and deliver regulatory change programs. Unlike some consulting firms, all of our consultants possess tangible industry experience who understand products, processes and politics of our clients. This is what we refer to as the domain knowledge or expertise of our consultants. We consider this the foundation upon which our consultants can deliver meaningful value. Coupled with domain expertise our consultants also possess experience in full end-to-end delivery of regulatory programs. Knowing that our consultants have delivery experience should inspire trust in our clients. We also ensure our consultants possess key soft skills required to successfully navigate complex deliveries. Our consultants possess the commercial, cultural and political awareness necessary to collaborate and navigate complex organisations working with on-shore, off-shore, matrix style teams and external vendors which are common among our clients. Our view of consultants is a holistic one, ensuring they are multi-dimensional - with the ability, agility and adaptability - to interact with all ranges of stakeholders from senior to junior, equipped to facilitate any meeting from steering committees to requirement gathering sessions, and lead with confidence.
Delivery Teams
As already outlined above, the Holmes Talent consultants we deploy are full service change agents with an entire tool kit, we are confident will deliver successful results for our clients. In addition to standalone consultants, we also offer the option of an entire team of consultants which can deliver your regulatory program if your organisation does not possess an adequate transformation or change team capability. In this instance we can deploy pods of consultants to deliver regulatory programs on your behalf. An initial review of your regulatory change requirements and existing operating model will be performed, which will then enable us to propose a suitable delivery pod of consultants to meet your needs. These delivery pods can cover business analysis, project management, program management, testing and PMO.
